Refund & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's how it works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under one of the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The product is unopened, seal intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery
!For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on open food products unless defective

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@amaize.co.za with:

  • 1.Your order number
  • 2.A brief description of the issue
  • 3.Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or by EFT if required
  • Refunds typically process within 2–5 business days after approval

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs
!If returning for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Opened food items

Items with broken seals

Sale / Clearance items
